- All major centres in South Africa
- Regional and outlying areas within South Africa
International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be clearly indicated on the website if available.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours:
- Monday – Friday
- Excluding public holidays.
Orders placed:
- Before 14:00 may be processed the same day
- After 14:00 will be processed the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times after dispatch to all major city centers is 3-5 Business Days.
- Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Courier delivery generally occurs during business hours (8:00 – 17:00).
Ukhu Afrika cannot guarantee delivery dates but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be indicated at checkout. Ukhu Afrika offers free shipping promotions for orders above a certain value.
Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.
7. Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive:

Customers can track their shipment directly with the courier service.
8. Collection from Store
Customers may choose to collect their order from the Ukhu Afrika store.

- the delivery address is incorrect

- return the parcel to Ukhu Afrika.
Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
10. Shipping Delays
Ukhu Afrika is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier service disruptions
- weather conditions
- strikes
- high order volumes during promotions
- circumstances beyond reasonable control
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
11. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Ukhu Afrika cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
12. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Ukhu Afrika within 48 hours of delivery.

- description of the issue
- photographs (if applicable)
Ukhu Afrika will work with the courier provider to resolve the issue.
13. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
